Our New Look: The 2011 T-Shirt Design

We want to thank all who entered our contest, there were some great entries. Our winning design came from an in-house submission from the Food For All Representative, chosen, anonymously, by the OCCAC Executive Director and the head of our Food & Nutrition Department. Look for our shirts this Spring at garden-friendly events such as the Home & Garden Show at the AgriPlex March 25-27th and at our local farmer's markets this May.

T-Shirt Design Deadline Feb.22

Food For All is looking for a new fresh design for our 2011 T-Shirts. The T-Shirt Design Contest Deadline is next week, Tuesday February 22nd. Anyone interested in submitting a design should bring submittals to the OCCAC building at 424 2nd St. in Okanogan or by email to food4all@occac.com Submittal dimensions are limited to 8.5" x 11" or a typical 'Letter' sized document. Soup Bowl Dinner a Success

The second annual Soup Bowl Dinner held this past Saturday was a success! A packed house showed up to support our Food Programs at OCCAC. All who attended received a ceramic bowl glazed by Okanogan High School students while dining on delicious soups and homemade breads. Four folks took home glass bowls created by high school senior Leanne Fudge who put on this fundraiser as her senior project. Through the efforts of the OHS students, faculty and parents this event helped raise funds for OCCAC food bank hunger relief efforts and our Food For All programs.
